Our History
Our company’s journey began many years ago when our CEO and Founder, Nick Popov, started providing private consulting services, focusing on elevating businesses through the implementation of digital solutions to address their key challenges. In July 2019, this venture gradually transitioned into a company, and a small freelance team evolved into the brand PM-DT (PM Digital Transformation). On February 24, 2020, we established our first office, marking the official birthdate of our company.
Despite launching during the active phase of COVID-19, we experienced rapid growth in less than two years, expanding into a group of companies encompassing several products, legal consulting, and preparing to launch the brand SoftTeam as an independent international IT company. However, the war that began on February 24, 2022, compelled us to recalibrate our developmental plans. We endured a 95% reduction in turnover, and it was decided to retain only the SoftTeam brand, which continued its accelerated development.
By August 2023, we not only recovered our volumes but also inaugurated our first internal brand, SmartApps. We persist in our rapid company growth, developing our products and brands, scaling, and extending our company’s presence globally.
